Reviews and Ratings
The Grand Plaza Hotel offers spacious rooms with stunning city views, and overall, my stay was enjoyable. I appreciated the separate bathtub and shower in the huge bathroom, but I faced some issues with the toilet and a mouldy smell in the room. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were decent, but I found the minibar prices to be way too high, so I recommend checking out nearby stores instead. There's a lack of control over the air conditioning as well, which was a bit frustrating.
The hotel was quite large and impressive, though it felt a bit lacking in atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the dining experience and service fell short of expectations. Its location is far from the city center, making it less ideal for sightseeing visitors, but suitable for business trips. Overall, it might be decent for stopovers but seek a more central option for exploring.
The hotel had some enjoyable aspects, such as good food and a spacious room that felt like an apartment, perfect for a long stay. However, the service was lacking, with rude staff and significant issues during check-in and checkout. Overall, it didn't meet the expectations of a five-star establishment with its dated facilities and unhelpful staff.
My stay at the hotel was a good experience overall, marked by a spacious room with great views and a comfy bed. The staff's friendliness stood out, but unfortunately, I encountered some issues like a moldy smell in the room and maintenance delays. The dining experience during breakfast left much to be desired, as the service was often inattentive and the atmosphere unwelcoming. While there were some bright spots with a few dedicated staff members, there's definitely room for improvement in several areas.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel has a decent selection of restaurants. However, the service left much to be desired, and the dining experience was frustrating at times. There are better options around the city, so I would cautiously recommend this place if you're in a pinch.
